30-Day Manufacturing Finance Review
See what your manufacturing numbers are really telling you—in 30 days.
A focused £995 + VAT first month for UK manufacturing and engineering businesses already using Xero. You receive a useful management pack, targeted commercial review and clear priorities before deciding whether ongoing support is worthwhile.
A practical first engagement
A paid first month—not a free audit or a drawn-out sales process.
The review establishes whether better monthly information would improve decisions about margin, stock, work in progress, overheads and cash. The scope is agreed in writing before work begins.

The 30-day process
Focused, remote and built around information you already hold.
Confirm scope
Agree the business questions, Xero access, source information and timetable.
Review the close
Assess the available monthly figures and identify important gaps or inconsistencies.
Build the view
Prepare the pack, targeted observations, useful KPIs and priority actions.
Discuss decisions
Review the findings and decide whether any ongoing support would add value.
Clear boundaries
The fixed fee assumes accessible, reasonably current records.
The 30 days begin once the agreed access and information have been supplied. Any material additional work is identified before it starts.

Common questions
A low-risk way to test whether better finance support helps.
Do we have to be using Xero?
Yes. This offer is designed for businesses with an existing Xero organisation. Production, stock or job-costing detail can come from other systems or schedules.
Is this an audit?
No. It is an internal management-information and commercial-finance review. It does not provide audit or assurance over the records.
What if our bookkeeping needs correcting?
Minor queries can be addressed within the agreed review. Catch-up work or substantial corrections are identified and quoted separately before being undertaken.
Are we committed to ongoing support?
No. At the end of the review you receive the agreed outputs and can decide whether to continue, commission specific work or take the priorities forward internally.
Start with a written enquiry
Could better numbers improve the next manufacturing decision?
Send a short written outline of the business, the systems used and the reporting problem you want to solve. Tony will confirm whether the 30-day review is a suitable starting point.
